I Need to Vent

I was recently told on Discord that I shouldn’t share my opinions because “they’ll cause fights”, the argument (if you can even call it that) being whether characters in a movie were fully fleshed out or not. In my opinion, they’re not.

This same person also offered to help “fix” one of my stories because one character wasn’t exactly like he thought they should be, literally right after sending me a 15 paragraph essay (that I didn’t bother to read) about why that character would never act the way they do in the story. I don’t know if this guy is just that clueless or that egotistical that he thinks there’s only one way characters can ever be done, but he really needs to figure out that not everybody is going to think the way he does, and freaking accept it. It’s getting to the point where I’m thinking about asking to have him suspended from the server until he gets his head on straight and grows up.
