I Need to Vent

I'm doing some artworks in photoshop, animating celebrities (pictures) and my latest one was of Tom Selleck. And when I showed my partner one of the first things he does is change my picture and that really annoyed me. He tries to take over almost everything I do.
If I wanted his input of changing it, I would have asked. I never try to change his works...grrraahh it's so effing annoying!!

My late husband came home to find me replacing a broken tail light in my car. Completely well-meaning, he tugged at the screwdriver in my hand and said, I’ll do this, honey...

Later when he wasn’t scared of me anymore, I explained that I’d spent 20 years going through what you describe above.

Might be better to explain it to your SO now than be tempted later to stab some innocent bystander with a screwdriver.

(I didn’t actually try to stab him, but he said the inclination was quite clear.)
