Compassion is good. Misplaced guilt isn't. It is destructive .

Yes, the US is responsible for lot crap. Yes, you benefit from its evilness and was misguided yourself but does everyone who is alive today. That doesn't mean to spend your entire life disabled by your own mistakes.

Pay the price after you can afford it.

I had lot to do the coming week but with this, and other things, I won't able to accomplish even 50% of it.

It will slow down my productivity and take too much of me. I feel stuck in one place unable to make the progress I wish for , like I build and too many destroy, so I am going nowhere.

But I know this is just a passing feeling. I will be okay in time.

I don't know what to say about the new fires. I am genuinely tired.

@Miram I hope it is only a postponement of your plans, and not a complete derailment of them. You won't be stuck forever, I'm sure of this. I know it's stressful but eventually it will pass, and you will have tangible progress and satisfaction, keep that truth in the back of your mind.

I hope you won't have any more power cuts when you need HVAC too.
