I am so freaking frustrated. How do you channel your frustration?

I am seriously feeling like I am going to explode. I am so frustrated and mad at the moment. I think I need to go for a long walk and listen to loud music.

It must be the changing of the seasons or something. I feel the same way today.It takes some willpower to hold it all together on days like this.
I walked the dog at the offleash dog park and stole some happiness from there.
