Would you be upset if someone went back in time and killed Goebbels?

@nonsensiclesnail Putin doesn't have a designated successor, so nobody knows who would take his place. However, it's probably safe to assume that if Putin was killed as a result of waging war, the new guy would at least be less likely to do the same.
