Things are so bad, a woman who normally steals cars had to steal an Amish horse and buggy from a Walmart parking lot to go buy drugs.

Innocent till proven guilty, though.

@DrWatson After she ditched the horse and buggy, she walked away. Unfortunately for her, there was snow on the ground so they didn’t even need a dog.
