Stressed out

So this house I’m in and rent is old af. I plan to leave within the next year but it’s hard when you have 3 dogs and 6(yea) cats. The cats are strays that no shelter has room for and no one wants. Bad spray cat population here. But I took them in anyway. Well the issues with the house have escalated badly over time. About a year ago it was hit by a tree and that same room now the ceiling is giving out everytime it rains. So yea I told the landlord but I’m genuinely stressed she’s going to be done with it and I’m going to be trying to find a place for 9 animals.
Edit: Landlord texted back saying I need to call a roofer to assess the damage and she might not respond quickly cause her daughter is in the hospital with a brain tumor. Geez. Life is grim
