how do you deal with it when you have a lot to deal with right now

i have a lot going on at the moment to handle....changes in my benefits, i'm getting help with it but its still complicated and stressful, health appointments that i have to sort out...and eye test at the opticians i have to arrange.

its a lot for me this...and i have an anxiety disorder which makes it hard...i'm anxious about anything to do with health matters, i'm afraid of anything clinical.

it may sound nothing to you, but its a lot to me....how do you handle it when you have a lot going on at the moment?

"In the UK, disabled people on public assistance may be able to get a home health aid to take them to their doctor's appointments for moral support. They can apply for a home assessment through the adult social services department of their local council. If the assessment finds they need a change to their home or a piece of equipment that costs less than £1,000, they may be eligible for assistance. Additionally, organizations like the League of the Helping Hand provide financial assistance to people in hardship due to illness or disability2. Disabled people may also be able to claim benefits like Personal Independence Payment (PIP) to assist with paying for care."

I looked this up, because I know that disabled people in the USA can sometimes get a home health aide to go with them for moral support. The moral support component would be huge for you. Someone to whom you could talk and vent your fears while you are in the process of going to your appointments. Home health aides can be VERY supportive and caring.

To your direct question, I sometimes handle it badly when I have TOO much going on. I've been known to cancel and reschedule an appointment if I have too many scheduled in one week. It's not the best solution, but it works for me.
