Cancelling something online is next to impossible

Seriously Ive gone through multiple services, asked multiple times, tried a ton of different pages only to not be able to follow the directions anything told me to do because it’s next to impossible. It’s almost like they make it next to impossible to cancel your subscription on purpose.

Milkmen here are the worst for that.

You can sign up for their services on the website or the app and tell them not to deliver for X amount of time - but you can't remove the last one of any item from your delivery list without calling them to explain why you don't want it... and they won't talk to anyone other than the account holder, so they'll need a psychic when the account holder toddles off to the here after.
