Whats ur self care routine when ur very stressed?😔🙏

So its been several years since i last logged in here & 2 put things simply life has bc very stressful these past years 😭😔🥺🙏

These days I make sure I'm fed, hydrated and clean, then I drink in moderation... idk if I would suggest that last part, still trying to figure that out myself.
