One of my assistants doesn't do well with pressure 😬

We got a ton of mail on Monday that we're still trying to get through and I've noticed Sam tends to get overwhelmed. Especially when we get employees calling asking why they haven't received their mail. She admitted she gets pissed off for a moment when that happens, but is usually able to brush it off and not let it bother her. She's a pretty mild-mannered individual, but I've seen when she gets really stressed. I'm a little worried for when she gets some douchebag employee calling her up yelling and swearing at her. I tell my assistants to just hang up right away when they get like that and do not clap back (that's for me to do). But she might get so worked up in the moment, she will fire back. Hopefully, she gets a little more used to when it this job gets hectic and handles it better. I'd hate for her to land in hot water over some of the insufferable employees we get here. They're not worth it.
