@Monaschandroff86 stress from money troubles and house troubles and family troubles. Then at work it was a lot today and several customers called very upset and then because it was a lot my coworkers were also stressed so kept snapping as tried get answers needed for the upset customers and then add to that the stress of the need to do well at job to not lose it and then once leave go to store and the store people mess up and charge you more than should but you notice too late so then that adds back to the stress of money struggles. On top of dealing with the lack of any close companionship that you are decently used to so missing that emotional support and hugs from someone you trust. Also barely eating again because of money struggles which makes it harder for you to exist or have your brain seem to properly function....minor stuff i guess but it adds up to a lot 😅 especially when used to be on meds and have regular therapy sessions and havent had that in while either.
