Im 60 later this year. Why am I feeling so down about it?

I just feel very down and out about it.

Just keep your body moving and active. And maintain a decent diet without excess sugary drinks and alcohol. You'd be amazed at how that will lift your spirits. Also, turning the shower water to cold for a few minutes each morning will break you out of a funk. Check out some Youtube videos on that topic 🙂.
