I hate feeling insecure. But hes been messaging very little recently, last night he didnt even say goodnight & he didnt message me this morning.

Update he has messaged me. But I still feel like he's more interested in someone else that idk about lol. (Damn ptsd and yes I'm actually diagnosed with it)

You should never allow yourself to stay emotionally vulnerable to somebody who makes you feel insecure regardless if they're doing something behind your back or not.. It's not worth it no matter how much you think you love them or how attractive you think they are. There's too many fish in the sea to tolerate that kind of stuff over and over again

Is that insecurity? Id be worried too. However, there are times where I'm so tired I just dont have the bandwidth to even say goodnight.

Give him the benefit of the doubt and just text him first. See how it goes.

What you are feeling has nothing to do with PTSD ( I also have it). Your gut says he’s cheating because he isn’t interested enough to do the minimum to maintain a healthy relationship . It’s human nature to continue to let this drag out until your self dignity is destroyed and you hate him. That will only trigger you. Cut him loose if you can.

Hey, just know that you'll be okay and it does not mean he doesn't like you at all 🤗
You're doing okay and some guys have their struggles overwhelm them and the last person they wanna see them struggling is the one they love most

I tend to be like that and it is a beautiful experience to feel and be accepted even while struggling and have them reach out and comfort at rhe time of need
