Take self time , to recharge; zone out, walk, draw, paint, read... keeping my hands occupied seems to help me order my thoughts. Go outdoors, if possible. Fresh air aerates my mind as well.. music. Comfortable, relaxing music. If I don't have time, just keep taking big breaths and attempt to slow them down helps me. Looking at something blue, purple or green relaxes me too. I hope one or more of these can be of help to you :)
