What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

Fill a large handled measuring cup with cold, cold beer. Slide into a tub of steaming water.
Drink beer.
