What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

Breathing techniques, (2, 4, 7 technique), fresh ginger tea, (only coz i love it), rest and ASMR, or listening to stories or podcasts.

Im kinda a lazy git when it comes to exercise, but i hope to change that.

Moslty its just bout relaxing my body and mind, reminding it what relaxation is ....being loose.
