What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

I used to stretch using the downward dog and warrior pose from yoga. Not into the spiritualism of yoga but the stretches do work.

@Pfuzylogic Great suggestions. I used to do yoga regularly, but not lately. I can see how those poses would help.

@QueenOfTheNerds I used it to prepare for my weekly runs. They warm the muscles up!
