What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

I use art journaling which works really well for me

@Morrigan That’s something I try to do pretty regularly. It’s a great way to keep my thoughts from getting tangled up in my head.

@QueenOfTheNerds it definitely is, i find it is like a big whole process for me so stops my worry thoughts.
