What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

I find taking my dogs for a walk, especially in forested areas and/or near water, to be useful.

Anything I know only provides momentary relief (which is important too)... Only time seems to truly help 😣

@caccoon That’s what I’ve found, too. A lot of things help temporarily, but they don’t have very long-lasting results.
