There's not i hate to tell you .
There's 2 feelings (Fear and Love).
If you have Fear your not trusting everything will turn out alright .
Your relying on your own thinking which is cresting the Fear .
Trusting in something you believe is scrary at the start cause if your relying on your own thinking all your life to get by , driven by Fear , well at the start trusting in God will leave you empty at the start , and i must say painful , but it's well worth it cause you don't have to depend on no one on your happiness no more , even if your unhappy yourself .
Do you know why some people can't meditate cause at the start when you do it you actually see how busy your mind is , it brings up a God conscious

Depends on how important the thing outside your comfort zone is.
Most of the times it's okay to stay in it, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

Irrational fears should be confronted

It depends. Sometimes you can enjoy something you once feared, and grow from it. Other times, you either don’t enjoy it, or have an anxiety attack, and wish you had not stepped outside your comfort zone, because now you never want to experience that again. I’ve been on both sides, and it will be different for each individual.

Fear is just one color on the endless palette of feelings. One no worse or better than the other. They all teach us something about ourselves.

@SW-User yes i agree, they all have a reason for their existance but some feelings are definitely heavier than others

After awhile your comfort zone will become a cage you’re too afraid to leave

Depends on what you're contemplating. To grow, sometimes comfort zones need to be challenged.

I often do, just to challenge myself. I am at the age where I have to make my own zone. :)
