I just realized my body and mind seem addicted to stress.

I finished all my schoolwork today, did the house cleaning (mostly), went to the gym and didn’t oversleep for once. Now I’m sitting here with nothing to do and my mind feels weird how I’m not rushing around now. I’m so used to being stressed and exhausted I don’t know how to relax mentally of physically. Maybe I should try some yoga or something.
