Alone and helpless

This feeling that you can't do anything even when you know you've given more than you're able to. Worst part that feeling that you have nowhere to turn to ,alone an helpless.

I'm so tired....

Be kind to yourself, you can only do what you can do... If someone is putting more on your plate than you can handle, say 'enough'
