I Am Stressed Out

Today is one of them days where my thoughts won’t give me me five minutes peace, my anxiety is playing up a little and even though I have meditated I am still feeling a little uptight aaaaand I realised today I have nothing to wear for a christening I’m going to Saturday where I am going to be a godmother so now have to go clothes shopping which I absolutely hate!!

I’m sorry. I know what those days are like. 😞 I know a breathing exercise that usually helps me settle down a little, if you’d like to know it.

-Sit down sitting straight up and with both feet planted on the floor
-Inhale deeply for 3 seconds
-Slowly exhale for 5 seconds
-Repeat as many times as you need to before you feel more relaxed.

@LittleTinks Yeah, careful not to take in too much air. The 3-inhale 5-exhale thing might not work for everyone. 😥 But I'm glad it was able to help a little bit, at least. 🤗 Anytime, miss. 😘
