Like watching a car wreck. Nothing you can do about it. Keep your eyes on the road in front of you. Time heals most wounds.

@RuyLopez I like to think back to the memories of their bloody faces because it helps me get over my PTSD and sometimes I still pick glass out of my hands and out of my arm and I like to run my fingers over the scars sometimes I fall asleep, listening to the screams, sometimes I go down the road where it happened and I put my car in park and scream and relive that wreck and sometimes when I am on the highway and I see a wreck I slow down and I don’t pretend I’m not looking I look I gawk I want to see the blood as if I’m Soldier coming home from war, playing GTA or call of duty I understand what you mean about the wreck watching. It’s like anything else that’s traumatic you know being bullied having a miscarriage fucking killing someone by mistake, these are all just examples, but I think the important message here is that we look and we address head on we don’t hide from it. We don’t put our heads in the sand we say hello I’m looking at you.

@LittleLonely When you lose someone there is no real choice. You keep moving forward. That is how life is.
