If you are dealing with it, just do micro improvements. Just small progress without trying to complete the whole thing at a time. That way the process would attract you to take it to completion. Start from day one so that by the time the deadline arrives you’ll be done. If you pile it up for the last day, it would be draining and may trigger anxiety in some cases.
