Ursula: Sister to Triton and forced to live in a hovel in the middle of nowhere. She wants to take over rule from her emotionally unstable brother while she helps his neglected subjects achievd their dreams.
Lady Tremain: Widow with three girls, two of which are special needs, and is trying to raise them right. She asks the only normal one to help out but Cinderella is a freaking drama queen who dresses in rags as a form of protest.
Ezma: OMG she ran a whole kingdom for that Ahole emperor and then her chef poisoned him when she was throwing him a goodbye dinner.
Maleficent: Look, just don't mess with the Fae, right? King Stephan messed around and found out. If he had invited her, Mal would have blessed Aurora.
