What’s the most "old Internet" thing you miss?

@MrGomco I went by DarkMagickan back then, or sometimes Carden Blackthorne.

@LordShadowfire interesting, what else do you remember about it?

@MrGomco I wasn't active there for very long before things started to change, and that was 15 or 16 years ago, so not a lot. I remember getting laughed at for talking about energy feeding. People mocking me, accusing me of being obsessed with Twilight.

@LordShadowfire Yes, that was a long time ago. Tell me something about that energy thing, what does it have to do with twilight?

@MrGomco Nothing. It never did. Other than if you talked about energy feeding or drinking blood, everybody accused you of having watched those movies too many times. It's like if I talk about spellwork in the wrong crowd, people accuse me of thinking Harry Potter is real.

Weak minded humans tend to use ubiquitous pop culture references to attack things they don't understand.
