I am living in Nostalgia. How should I fix this?

I don't know. Sometimes my mind goes into the past. I thinking about it so deeply.

Sometimes i cry very long time.

I need help in this. What should I do ?

@DoubleRings No they are not passed. It's a big change—I'm moving homes. I had been living in the same place for 30 years, and now I've moved somewhere new. It's all a bit unfamiliar, and I keep thinking about the life I used to have.
