I can still hear the dial up internet. And when someone else was on the phone and it wouldn't connect. Oh. The. Frustration

Yeah, and when you could make coffee, eat breakfast, and still be waiting for the friggin dial-up modem to connect.

And when it screeched at you like the computer was going through an existential crisis in the process of connecting.

You mean when we had to use the phone line and that prompted my mother to get me my own phone in my room so i wouldnt be keeping the line busy for hours?! 🤣
