What was your worst actual sleepy time nightmare that you have ever had?

When I was a kid, I dreamed that I was in my bedroom — my actual bedroom at the time, not a dream bedroom —and looked out the window over my bed to see a horrific face looking in at me. Imagine Freddy Kruger without the burns. It terrified me for years. Still does, really.
