Worst is a bit difficult. I suppose the worst being responsible for destroying the world. I can handle the human butchering, heartbreak reminders or torture nightmares but being the sole person who murders the world is something I actually physiologically don't want to bear. I think its weird for a mind to do such a thing to me >:/

@Rilyn No, it was a nuclear missile launch. Or just mindless killing. Those are not nightmares I enjoy revisiting.
Heartbreak nightmares are not enjoyable yes. But I can recall them with clarity. Its the conversations, you know. When you talk with someone in a dream only to wake up and they're gone. Or, you talk with someone, only to realize they're not even there and its a dream and you don't want it to end but even they might say "Yeah this dream will end soon, sorry". Eventually... Asking why they left get different answers... But repeat enough and they start contradicting each other and the whole sort of framework of visiting an ex in a dream crumbles to dust and they're really just ghosts. The real person moved on. They don't want to be found.
At least, that's my experience with dreaming of an ex.

@Rilyn It's a scary thought that the possibility of eliminating all human life on earth has been enabled by scientific progress yes. It's a complex issue but that possibility is... Very real. Glad you didn't have my experience with exs. They are... Pain in the butt.
