Best and worst dates you've been on? Share! Spill... Tell all!

Best day I’ve ever been on was probably with my child’s father. We met at a time in my life when I was not even remotely interested in dating, but my friend insisted that I tagalong. As I was headed home I heard a voice make a Star Wars joke, which made me giggle. I slowed my pace so that our paths would cross. I told him that I liked his joke. We spent the rest of the night talking about different religions interpretation of energy and patterns; chaos theory, socrates and Kali. We strolled to the pier to make constellations out of satellites then went to his work to make a magnetic sculpture. Before we knew it the sun was rising. We grabbed strawberry waffles and he walked me home. He didn’t even try to kiss me goodbye. Later I realized that I never even got his name. (Damn tequila lol)

Humorously enough, I made some cryptic missed connections post on craigslist afterwards just thanking him for the refreshing evening and he ended up recognizing it 🤣 so a few months later we did actually find each other again.

My worst states… ehhhh hmm.. trying to think of something without describing traumatic events. I can’t think of one that was that bad aside from us having nothing to talk about. I hate to say it, but my worst dates came down to money. It’s not that I expected them to blow a bunch of money on me. It was something about the date that made me realize the cheap place we went to was an embodiment of their financial plans for themselves meaning Denny’s is what I was signing up for forever.. which.. does not align with the life I am working towards. This made those dates very awkward. Even in chitchat it became apparent that we were on very different goal tracks. Those situations are tough because no matter how you slice it you come off as the superficial b!tch for not wanting to stew in poverty with them.

She said come to her window later that night but when I did she screamed like a banshee and her family chased me through the woods. My legs got all cut up and I got poison Oak somebody took a shot at me...but I got away!

Worst date was a casual hookup. He told me that he was well endowed but in my hotel room he did not measure up.I literally threw him out of the room them threw his clothes out after him.
Best date was (probably) the first date with my boyfriend.Great food and conversation. Then I invited him in for coffee. While he was sitting in the lounge I went upstairs, stripped off and then walked back into the lounge naked, stood in front of him and said"let's skip coffee."I led him to my bedroom and we had fantastic first date sex.

Upon picking up a Tinder date whom claimed to be a non smoker she began to chain puff'em down like a Navajo chief. "Her nerves", she claimed. Hammered three whiskeys/neat prior to being seated at our table while extremely rude to our server...yep.

While attempting to simply engage in conversation there was suddenly a bare foot on my crotch. Not just any foot mind you: We're talkin' two month old polish on Barney Rubbles toes.
Insisting I perhaps just deliverher to her door she slammed my car door and perhaps woke a neighbor or two loudly insisting I must be gay.

Yep
Worst: he told me how he wanted to fuck his friend's mum who was at the same bar.

Best: I have a few.

With my husband, last summer. Fav restaurant and bar. Lots of dancing.

With my ex. We used to meet at Waterloo and walk along the SouthBank to Tower Bridge then come back through Covent Garden.

@V00doo The only experience I had which was remotely similar was when I took a young lady on a tour of the jazz clubs in Paris. We ate wonderful food, and danced until dawn. We celebrated by watching the sun rise from the steps of Le Sacre Couer in Montmartre. We went back to the hotel and slept like angels until midday. There was no need for sex, we were intimate enough.
@CharlesRomsey The steps are 🥰 I miss Paris
