Maybe it’s because school is getting ready to start back and the stress of that is being felt, or that so many are tired of the scorching heat constantly being a thing, but the rudeness has been through the roof today.
Whether it was me being constantly cut off without a single glance or word given in one store after another, to lifted trucks and little beaters coming up on my bumper too quickly because going 10mph over the city speed limit wasn’t fast enough, to me being in my head too much lately concerning deadlines nearing dealing with a new job path while having to reprimand others at my current job later today, and either going through with the purchase of our current house or saying fuck it and moving somewhere else that I’ve unknowingly made myself susceptible to every pissed off vibe that’s being put out there. …was that even a grammatically correct statement? Ugh.
All I know is I wore the right shirt today.
And that I’m going to weigh heavily on the iced coffee I picked up for myself…an iced coffee they forgot to top with whipped cream.
@Selah Haha my gosh, is that true. Was wearing a D&D shirt and the king of nerds complimented me on it and proceeded to tell me about his latest campaign. Dude was passionate as hell about it. It was precious 😄
