A life granted.

All of life is granted until your very next action, no matter how big or small, is done solely for the action itself with no other reason whatsoever. Only then will life become earned. True appreciation is the moment something, anything, is enough, and no more or less is needed. You’re not separated searching in what could be. You’re not divided and lost in what was. You’re found entirely in what is here and now. We spend our lives trying to add something, or to take away. Very rare is the person who does neither, they exist simply for the sake of existing. No taken offense. No problems. No given standards. No requirements. Nothing but love, as nothing else was ever necessary. In the comfort of pleasure, or the confrontation of pain, love never had to grow or diminish because when it’s genuine it comes not from circumstance, but from you.
