Yes. Let it go. Live your life.

Sue-i-said is always at the back of my mind as an option. It makes me more brave in everyday life bc if things get too bad, there's the option to escape.
It's exhausting keeping that thought under control, but at the end of the day, it allows me to try things I would never have dared to try in the first hand. Even something as mundane as going somewhere I'm not 100% familiar with in my own local area.

@TheRealBarbossa Part of what makes us cling is the promise of escape, but there isn’t a single one of us who can prove what happens after we die. For all we know, things could get much worse than they already are.
Many of us attribute our progress to what we’ve held onto, but can we really say we’ve come so far when at the end of a thousand steps, we find ourselves right back where we started? With the same negativity that made us walk in the first place?

@pituitarypendulum Acceptance as powerful as it is, is only true when it comes from love. Otherwise it’s just rejection in disguise. I hope when you let go, it wasn’t from a bad feeling.
@Reject no ..I let go with love
