-Aim for Goldilocks sleep. Poor sleep marked by frequent wakeups and restless nights has been linked to memory decline, and other brain disorders.
-Maintain a healthy weight. A meta analysis of 15 studies found that weight fluctuations elevate the risk for all cause mortality.
-Flex ur brain. Learn a new language, or instrument, and surround urself with positive people.
-Flex ur muscles, too. Learn to grow a garden, go dancing, Keep moving.
-Fill ur calendar. Socialize, volunteer, meet friends.
-Don’t dwell on ur age. Celebrate it. Accepting aging and dying as part of life. Don’t wish to be young again.
-Take it easy. Overthinking aging, or anything for that matter, increases stress, and stress is linked to numerous diseases.
