Are you content with what you have?

I went out today and sat on a bench overlooking the sea. The view was just incredible. I just felt so lucky to be in that moment, looking at the coastline.
Then there was a free music festival and the mood was contagious. Lots of people all dancing around (some incredibly drunk 😆) but enjoying themselves.
I feel so lucky. 🍀

A good, happy posting. Thank you for sharing. I appreciate my simple life. I can enjoy forests and beaches. I can wake early to peace and to quiet. Sleep in quiet at night. Night insects and wildlife. This is what works for me. I am glad that I came to be where I am. Not necessarily the circumstances. I believe fate determines our paths. I am happy. I would love to share my love with someone. Until then, I live in freedom and in joy. You are fortunate. So am I. Many of us are and we should know this. Gratitude is the attitude. Thank you again.

@PoetryNEmotion I totally relate to what you've written. The simple life is perfect. There was a time I was doing so much more and mainly for other people. Then I stopped and questioned my motives and realised that none of it was for me.

@TinFoilHat Think how many people always try to please others first. It is not satisfying. Nor is it wise to neglect you. I say put yourself first. You matter. You take care of you. In the end you are all you have. I am delighted you realized this. You are most welcome.
