Energy Flowing In Us and Around Us, The Entire Body Knows More Than the Brain
The Problem - Our Brains Need to Be Minimized
A human being by oneself is an utterly powerless entity. Merely a tiny water based lifeform on a rock circling a sun in an infinite universe. Alone we are entirely void of any meaning beyond a smidgen of water and soil with a mix of sun. We serve a very little purpose within ourselves, yet we somehow are delusional enough to feel we have some individual importance In the vastness of the universe. We are trillions times trillions times trillions times less than ants relative to the universe. Fleshy water buckets living our entire lives minutes from death.
Subject to constant possible or actual uncontrollable pain of which we have little recourse: cancers, heart attacks, car accidents…whatever endless variations of suffering and death one can imagine. Then for some reason, our barbarian simple brains can take this painful existence and load more suffering upon ourselves. Crimes to ourselves and to others in daily horrors; sex abuse, murder, rape, violence, theft, betrayal….as if we need to add any more.
We should really be utterly mad or at the least sitting in a dark closet crying and hiding from the world. There is no logical way for our brain to understand any of this. We are living in a world of absolute confusion that we are just not powerful or smart enough to unravel to any point of substance. And let us not even begin to think that any creation of our human created world means a damn thing beyond the tiny fraction of our temporal existence.
The Answer - We Need to Expand Into the Universe Beyond Our Brain
But as the universe gives us pain it also gives us joy….the morning sun on your face, a smile from a stranger, the love of anyone, a compassionate act, a green tree shining upon you in a forest, a red squirrel dancing away with a nut giving you its joy, the blue sky, ocean waves, the sunrise and sunset these instances gives us moments of relief from suffering. And while the brain receives this, it is very limited. It also has limitations in the ability to create. While our actions can control some of it, most of it just happens to us regardless in the realm of fate.
These points of joy are our salvation in the storm. And yes they are mostly packaged with love. The best experience of them is not entirely through the brain, it is through the entire body. There are techniques to develop consciousness, however it is not through a thought process, it is moreso through the release of the thought process. We just admit that our entire energy is completely a part of the universe - nothing less or nothing more. That our brain is only a small incomplete processing mechanism. We admit that the universe is vastly magnificent…it is us and thus we are it.
We admit that our thinking within itself is almost entirely useless compared to the power and vastness of the universe. We will never amount to anything within what we are. Our power is in extension, the ability to feel the vast wisdom of the universe through our entire body . https://bigthink.com/starts-with-a-bang/how-large-universe/
We need to place our brains at their proper level and not have them inhibit our body with its entire connection to the universe. Your brain can drive things and react to things…but we should know the limitations of its frailty.
There is a god and it is us, however only us as part of the universe.
A world of being more so than a world of thinking. Trying to link the body ( gut is a big part of this ) to the universe without it being inhibited by the simple filtering of the mind. Letting the body join with the universe to better buffer you from the pain and to allow you a better connection with the joy.
