I have found that my best country for emmigrating to would probably be Norway.
How would I manage that? I would just save up enough money to attend a grad school over there. Then they actually give you 6 months to look for employment visa free after you graduate.
Also of course I can look for employment in Norway during the 2 years I am in grad school.
It is the best path but it only really works if you have a STEM undergrad degree.
Norwegian itself is not a hard language. It is actually even easier to speak than Spanish. It isn't uncommon for people to study it full time for 6 months and speak it well.
My ex was from Norway so that is how I know about these things.
