Isn't that crazy that we all sometimes get to that point? Yeah, I think we all do at times. It's normal. Just yesterday I had a meltdown and was feeling just like you, in a nightmare, so overwhelmed with everything and I felt exactly the way you're feeling and I don't think we should feel apologetic for that to ourselves or anyone else. That's not wrong. It's just life. Life is hard and sometimes we do get burdened and overwhelmed. There's nothing wrong in that. I hate when that happens but it is what it is.
