I Hate My Life

How harder am I supposed to try in life to actually do something right? Somehow, I can't see or even remember my ups and if I do, it looks like they are nothing compared to my downs. I wish I could pause a life, just to take a short break. I need something to lift me up or at least hold me not to sink any lower than this.
