More likely due to new variants of the virus itself.

Any antiviral drug is only effective for so long before it becomes ineffective and i suspect research into a 'cure' is 'restrained' because of research costs AND the question of who's supposed to pay for it.
romell · 51-55, M
@Picklebobble2 true what raises suspicion is the super fast way it was produced 5 months versus years of trials n research
Picklebobble2 · 61-69, M
@romell Well we have to remember that when covid first became a 'western people's problem' Virologists were saying its so common in countries that go through it regularly they hadn't considered trying to restrain it.
Again, I suspect because there's no money in it for drug companies to do the research and development.
@Picklebobble2 No country had 'gone through ' Covid regularly.

But you are right that they 'didnt restrain it".
And, in truth, that's how a species develops a degree of immunity and its how a virus develops to survive.

Not that a virus has any thinking abilty but its how they evolved to survive.
Its not beneficial to a virus to kill its host coz itll eliminate itself.

A virus needs to evolve to spread and inhabit, not decimate its host.
The host species needs the virus not to kill it or affect its ability to survive and multiply.

So....for this to happen, an evolutionary 'dance' needs to take place ,of which 'strains of the evolving virus and host' best meet this equilibrium'.

Which is why.... years down the track, covid isnt this diabolical thing any more. Its basically a cold now. Its evolved to cohabit with humans.

It was only a Western problem because we live with cultures that have available medicine.
We got used to not having malaria, small pox, famine, our children dying.

We paid attention to the deaths coz it was close to home.

In other countries death from disease happens all the time.
But its .....over there. Not close.
Nothing to do with us.

It doesn't make us fear for ourselves.

....but BY OATH...when it DID affect us, we started to care real fast.

Tens of millions die from starvation every year.
They ALWAYS have.
More annual deaths than Covid ever caused.

Did we care then?
Do we care now ?

Nope.
It was an Eastern problem coz we are just plain self centered.
Not all, but some.
One or two of the vaccines have shown to cause inflamation of the heart, (myo and pericarditis,), which has caused a spike in coronary deaths.

Any evidence for this? Any evidence that everyone who died suddenly had been vaccinated? Any evidence that the covid vaccine was DIRECTLY responsible? If so, which particular vaccine?

Can you provide any source at all?

I'll wait...
@Waveney yeah...i am. That's true.

It all depends how far you want to look.
The Scientists, i think, actually think they are doing good. They are doing what they are told, and most likely what they think is best.

However - there are also scientists out there being employed to make processed "food" more addictive, making drugs to mask health conditions that are caused by that very exact crap "food".
Our clothes are covered in allowed toxic chemicals.
Medical care is now sickness management, most are still working 40hrs+ a week even with how far automation has come.

Tell me, is this, in this 21st century, with ALL our accumulated knowledge of mankind, and ALL the resources we have - becoming better?
Are we healthier?
Are we better off?
Do we live longer health lives?
Do we have a better quality of life?

For all the scientists, doctors, and the vastness of medical research..... why are we going backwards?

People are fatter, sicker, leading lives of mental misery and bodily addliction and affliction earlier and longer, than ever before.

Is this where we should be by now ?

Really ?
@Waveney Just a thought man:

When you "demand proof" - do you NOT understand how proof comes about? The process? The time? The cross checking and research?

Do you think proof is reduced down to one little link, paper, or screenshot ?

Its multiple tests, trials, observations and all of them being challened beyond doubt, over a pretty fair decent amount of time.

So when you ask for 'proof', to expect someone to have kept a link to every site, paper, interview, study and cross examination they went to over a period of months/years, just to show you their industrious collected proof to satisfy your lack of information is, well ... a bit ... presumptuous that they 1.kept it
2. Filed it
3. Are willing to upload all of it for someone who hasnt bothered to inform themselves, just to inform them better to such a degree, they 'might' take that information on?

Its selfishly demanding.

I mean, you offered no proof for your argument? 🤷‍♀
Waveney · M
@OogieBoogie You're deflecting. I'm not making an argument. I'm simply asking for proof.
hunkalove · 70-79, M
I suspect the Covid vaccines are why I feel bad all the time. But I can't find anything about it on the Internet.
Waveney · M
@romell proof?
@Waveney its not a conspiracy, it happened due to the fact that the covid vaccines were rushed through development and testing.
Some seem to have been ok, but a few have shown long term health risks.
hunkalove · 70-79, M
@Waveney I don't know anything about any conspiracy theories, but the vaccines were developed so fast and I thought I was going to die from three of them, I was so sick. My roommate had the same vaccines when I did and she had no problems with them then came down with Covid and I didn't and she was a lot younger than me and a lot healthier.

I haven't heard about anything.
