I might end up dying this year

I have a tooth infection and i might end up with sepsis or bacterial infection which may end up killing me

That's very possible. My brother almost died from that. He ended up having to have open heart surgery. He didn't even know he had heart issues until he got an absessed tooth so make sure you have that checked, it's nothing to fool around with.
