Gone Too Soon

I found out one of my best friends from high school has passed. She was truly beautiful inside and out. I hate that I can't make it to her funeral. We hadn’t talked as much in recent years, but that doesn’t change a damn thing. She was there for me during some of the hardest times of my life.
