My favorite memory with my uncle is when he would invite me over for barbeque.

He loved hosting, it made him happy.

His wife told me that he told her he was proud of the man i've become when i went to his house to install the railing arms in the bathroom for him.

That really hit me hard. Ive never heard that from my dad, or anyone. And he was just as tough as my dad.

So it gives me the confidence that my dad would also be proud of me.
