Would you say, if you knew?

I see a lot of posts and always get asked question you know classic question if you knew the day and time that you were going to die you know what would you do well I want to rearrange that question a little bit would you tell anybody and who would you tell and why if you knew when you were going to die or would you take that knowledge to the grave

My parents both chose to keep the knowledge private, even to me until the end. In my dad's case now means after the choice for no treatment for his cancer. I can respect that choice but I'm not comfortable with the total silence. There's indeed knowledge that needs to be shared nevertheless
