I really hope there is life after death in some capacity.

I hate the thought that when you die, you’re gone forever. I don’t want that to be the case. I want to be able to see my family again after death. It just can’t be the end. It just can’t.

It's best to not attach conditions (such as being reunited with family) to afterlife prior to discerning its existence and nature.

@bluerose Pre-attaching desired conditions represents a bias unconducive to any possible investigation. It puts you farther away from ever knowing.
