Is there an afterlife or signs to look out for ?

Recently found out my ex from 10 years ago had passed away last year and I am deeply saddened by stumbling across this news.

No one knows tbh.
Anyone who says they do for sure isn't telling you the truth.
I believe there is one, but I have no empirical evidence one way or the other.
