Is there an afterlife or signs to look out for ?

Recently found out my ex from 10 years ago had passed away last year and I am deeply saddened by stumbling across this news.

Yes there is and if you ask how I knw that, I have stepped out of my body sometimes that can happen through meditation yes.

@Om2014 out of body expieriences ? Astral projection I’m assuming? I’ve been close but never been able to do it . I used to experience sleep paralysis a lot !

@sree251 no - sleep paralysis is when you’re in the state of waking up but your body is still asleep so you’re aware of your surroundings but can’t move or speak and it often feels like there is some sort of entity in the room with you .. a presence . It can be a frightening expierience - I got used to having them but I luckily havnt had an episode in a long time now x

@sree251 it’s definitely weird - there’s no feeling (paralysed for a few Mins) I used to close my eyes and wait for it to pass or try and go back into a sleep!

@kaykay22 for that u will need to intent on not on ur physical body when ur in sleep paralysis but on a place u want to be. Or imagine ur floating out of body with a lighter body
